2 medium sized beetroots
1 small sized onion
1 green chilli
salt to taste
for tempering
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
Method
- Wash and grate beetroots.
- Chop onions and green chillis and add to grated beetroot.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to prepare tempering.
- Pour the tempering on the salad and add salt to taste.
