2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

1 tsp olive oil
3/4 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
1/4 tsp black salt (sanchal)

What can I use in place of olive oil?
In India , raw Cabbage should never be eaten , as it is grown in kacchi khad hence is a good source of worm infestation. As such , I request you to please modify your salad preperstion by using cabbage which is cut washed thouroghly & steamed in salt water for 5 min. , strained & put in cold water to retain its colour, then put for sometime in friz for keeping it crisp.
