Beetroot Sandwiches recipe - How to make Beetroot Sandwiches

Makes 1 sandwich
4 slices whole wheat bread
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp mustard (rai/ sarson) sauce
1/2 cup boiled and chopped beetroot
4 tbsp grated processed cheese
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
Method
- Method
- Place the bread slices on a clean and dry surface and apply some butter and mustard sauce evenly on each slice.
- Arrange the beetroot pieces on 2 slices and sprinkle some cheese, salt and pepper evenly on top.
- Cover with the remaining 2 slices of bread and press well together.
- Serve immediately.
