how to make bread upma is quite simple, heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan and add the mustard seeds, add the curry leaves. Curry leaves give a unique taste to the bread upma, make sure add the fresh one’s. Further add ginger, garlic, green chilies and onion and sauté. 3 cups roughly torn bread pieces
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
6 to 7 curry leaves (kadi patta)
1 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp chilli powder
1 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
