Makes 4 servings
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)
2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tbsp sesame seeds (til)
10 blanched asparagus , cut into 25 mm. (1") pieces
1/2 cup blanched broccoli florets
10 blanched baby corn , cut into 25 mm. (1") pieces
1/2 cup red and yellow capsicum cubes
1/2 cup carrot cubes , boiled
salt to taste
Method
- Method
- Heat the oil in a wok, add the ginger, garlic and stir fry on a medium flame for a few seconds.
- Add the sesame seeds and stir fry on a medium flame for a few seconds.
- Add the asparagus, baby corn, carrot, salt and pepper and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
- Serve immediately.
