Ingredients


1 medium sized fresh broccoli , chopped into small pieces
1/2 onion , finely chopped
1 green chilli , slit lenghtwise
salt
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder
a pinch of turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi) (optional)

Method

  1. Microwave the chopped brocoli in a microwave proof dish for 4 min. (it will turn into bright green.)
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Microwave again for 3-4 min.
  4. A crisp brocoli curry is ready in just minutes.
