Ingredients

1 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 green chillies , finely chopped
1 1/2 cups besan (bengal gram flour)
salt to taste
oil for deep frying

Method
    Method
  1. Combine the cabbage, onion and green chillies in a bowl, add salt and rub it nicely so that cabbage and onions water is released.
  2. Add the besan slowly mixing it nicely
  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the pakodas in hot oil till golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney or phudina chutney.
