Ingredients

4 to 6 carrot
1 cup orange juice
2 cups finely chopped watermelon (tarbuj)
2 tsp honey
salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
4 to 5 mint leaves (phudina) finely chopped (optional)

Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend till it is smooth.
  2. Pour into 4 to 6 glasses and serve immediately.
