For Carrot Coriander Juice
2 cups grated carrot
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste

Wow !! a carrot based juice which isnt strained. I liked to idea of adding water to this juice instead of straining it and giving away with fibre... chopped coriander gives a very good taste and mouthfeel too.
