Ingredients


1 carrot
1 onion
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
salt- according to taste
8 bread slices
1 1/2 tsp ghee or oil
a few coriander (dhania) leaves

Method

  1. First grate carrot then chop onions finely. in a pan pour 1 teaspoon oil and fry carrot later onions because if onion put first it becomes brown soon. later on add turmeric , red chilli powder and salt .sprinkle coriander leaves over it
  2. Now toast the breadslices individually.
  3. Then spread the carrot mixture over one bread and place another toasted bread over it.
  4. Its fast to cook and easy to serve
