1 carrot
1 onion
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
salt- according to taste
8 bread slices
1 1/2 tsp ghee or oil
a few coriander (dhania) leaves
Method
- First grate carrot then chop onions finely. in a pan pour 1 teaspoon oil and fry carrot later onions because if onion put first it becomes brown soon. later on add turmeric , red chilli powder and salt .sprinkle coriander leaves over it
- Now toast the breadslices individually.
- Then spread the carrot mixture over one bread and place another toasted bread over it.
- Its fast to cook and easy to serve
