250 gms chopped cauliflower
2 onions, chopped
1 to 2 spring onions, chopped
2 tbsp plain flour (maida)
2 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
1/2 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
4 chopped green chillies
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp M.S.G
1 cup bread crumbs
salt to taste
oil for frying
Method
- Mix maida,atta,baking soda,aginomoto,chilli powder,salt and milk.
- Then add cauliflower to it and make balls out of it and rolling it in bread crumbs,deep fry it.
- Heat some oil in a kadhai add green chillies,ginger,
- Garlic and then add the soya sauce,tomato sauce and vinegar.
- After a while add the fried cauliflower balls to it and add the onions and a spring onions also and serve it.
