A very cheesy dip that tastes fab with thin and crispy Melba Toast! Ideal to serve at parties, the Cheesy Spinach Dip is made easily by combining white sauce, cheese and spinach. Perked up with pepper and chilli flakes, this wonderful dip goes down well with adults and kids alike.

  1. Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the plain flour and cook on a medium flame for a few seconds, while stirring continuously.
  2. Add the milk, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  3. Add the cheese, chilli flakes, spinach, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 1 minute.
  4. Serve immediately with melba toast.

Your kids dont like spinach and you want them to have it, this is what you should make. Spinach with cheese and white sauce has the creaminess that kids would love. The chilli flakes and pepper gives a little spice to it.. I also add herbs sometimes and it blends well into the dip..
