Makes 2 big glasses
For Chocolate Orange Mousse
24 digestive biscuit
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup fresh cream
2 cups roughly chopped dark chocolate
4 tsp orange rind
3/4 cup beaten whipped cream
For The Garnish

mint leaves

- Transfer into a bowl, add melted butter and mix well with a spoon.
- Put half the biscuit-butter mixture into 2 glasses and press it well. Keep aside.
- In a broad non-stick pan, add fresh cream and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Switch off the flame, add the chocolate and mix very well till it is melted.
- Transfer to a bowl, cool slightly and add the orange zest.
- Add the beaten whipped cream and fold gently.
- Pour equal quantities into the prepared biscuit-butter mixture glass and refrigerate for atleast 30 minutes.
