1/2 cup chopped mushrooms (khumbh)
1/2 tbsp oil
1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)

For The Topping
1 tsp roasted sesame seeds (til)
- Method
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a high flame for a few seconds.
