Cocktail Crunch recipe - How to make Cocktail Crunch

Makes 4 serving
1 cup capsicum strips
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup sliced onions
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 cup cheese spread
1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
1/2 cup plain flour (maida) dissolved in 1/4 cup water
5 samosa pattis , cut into strips
oil for deep frying
Method
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients, except the maida paste, samosa patti and oil, in a bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into small round balls and keep aside.
- Dip a ball in the maida paste and cover the ball with samosa strip so that it sticks well.
- Sprinkle some plain flour and keep aside.
- Similarly prepare other balls.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the balls till they turn golden brown from all the sides.
- Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot with cocktail!
