1 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
1 cup grated coconut
1 tbsp mint leaves (phudina)
1 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
2 garlic (lehsun) cloves
2 green chillies
1/4 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste

- Method
- Combine all the ingredients, except the lemon juice, and blend in a mixer into a smooth paste.
- Add the lemin juice and mix well.
- Serve immediately or store refrigerated.
