Makes 4 serving
For The Green Gravy
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp butter
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
3 tbsp onion paste
1 1/2 cups spinach (palak) puree
1/4 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
1/2 tsp lemon juice
For The Subji
2 tsp oil
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
2 tbsp chopped onions
2 tbsp chopped capsicum
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
2 tbsp diced paneer (cottage cheese) pieces
salt to taste
1 cup green gravy , recipe above
1/2 tsp garam masala
fresh cream for garnishing

- For the green gravy
- Heat the oil,butter and add ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste and saute for a few seconds.
- Then add onion paste and fry till the dry smell of the onion goes.
- Then put the spinach puree,garam masala,salt and cook till the gravy becomes little thick.
- Lastly add the lemon juice and and mix well and keep aside.
- This is the green gravy.

- Heat oil and put ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste and chopped onion and fry till pink.
- Then add capsicum,boiled corn and paneer pieces and cook till capsicum gets cooked.
- Then add salt,garam masala,1 cup of green gravy prepared and cook for one boil.
- Serve hot garnished with fresh cream.
