Ingredients


For The Green Gravy
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp butter
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
3 tbsp onion paste
1 1/2 cups spinach (palak) puree
1/4 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
1/2 tsp lemon juice

For The Subji
2 tsp oil
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
2 tbsp chopped onions
2 tbsp chopped capsicum
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
2 tbsp diced paneer (cottage cheese) pieces
salt to taste
1 cup green gravy , recipe above
1/2 tsp garam masala
fresh cream for garnishing

Method
For the green gravy

    For the green gravy
  1. Heat the oil,butter and add ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste and saute for a few seconds.
  2. Then add onion paste and fry till the dry smell of the onion goes.
  3. Then put the spinach puree,garam masala,salt and cook till the gravy becomes little thick.
  4. Lastly add the lemon juice and and mix well and keep aside.
  5. This is the green gravy.

For the subji

    For the subji
  1. Heat oil and put ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste and chopped onion and fry till pink.
  2. Then add capsicum,boiled corn and paneer pieces and cook till capsicum gets cooked.
  3. Then add salt,garam masala,1 cup of green gravy prepared and cook for one boil.
  4. Serve hot garnished with fresh cream.
