A popular creamy malaidar kulfi recipe is basically a traditional indian ice cream recipe with thickened and sweetened milk cooked with chopped nuts and fresh cream.

Makes 6 kulfis
200 ml condensed milk
200 ml milk powder
200 ml whipped cream
2 slices white bread , broken into pieces
1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
a few chopped almonds (badam)
Method
- Method
- Combine milk powder, condensed milk and whipped cream and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into kulfi moulds and top with cardamom and almonds.
- Keep in the freezer to set for 8 to 10 hours.
- Serve chilled.
