  1. Boil the soya granules in water, drain and wash with cold water.
  2. Squeeze out the excess water from the granules and keep aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the granules and saute till they turn golden brown.
  4. Add the onions and saute till the onions turn golden brown.
  5. Add the ginger-garlic paste and the masalas, mix well and saute for 3 minutes.
  6. Add the tomatoes and cook till they turn soft.
  7. Add the little water and saute for 2 minutes.
  8. Add the salt and green peas and mix well.
  9. Cook for two minutes or till the peas are cooked.
  10. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
