An alltime favorite, creamy dry fruit kulfi recipe is basically a traditional indian ice cream recipe with thickened and sweetened milk cooked with chopped dried fruits or nuts and fresh cream.

Makes 18 pieces
1 tin of condensed milk
1 tin of milk powder
2 cups whipped cream
3 tbsp coarsely powdered mixed nuts
1 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
Method
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients, except the dry fruits and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Add dry fruits and mix well.
- Pour this mixture into kulfi moulds and keep them in the freezer till set.
- De mould and serve chilled.
