Egg Curry By devi.m recipe - How to make Egg Curry By devi.m
Preparation Time: Cooking Time: 18min(including boiling egg) Total Time:
1 onion, chopped
4 tbsp oil
2 cm. ginger (adrak)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander (dhania) seeds
salt to taste
turmeric powder (haldi)
4 to 5 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup coriander (dhania)
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
Method
- Boil the egg in normal way.
- Fry chopped onion in the oil.
- Grind the garlic& ginger to paste,and spices.
- Add this to the onion and fry for further 1-2 minutes.
- Add salt,chopped tomatoes and green leaves.
- Allow to cook till it gets thicken.
- Add halv egg(2bits) and masala.
- Let egg become warm in approx. 5 minutes.
- Serve warm with plain rice or any vegetable curry.
