  1. Heat the ghee in a small pan and add the cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the curry leaves, green chillies, ginger, cashew and raisins and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add this tempering to the curds and mix well.
  4. Add the salt, sugar, cucumber and coriander and peanut powder and mix well.
  5. Serve immediately.
