Fresh green sauf is winters gift to us, it is an ayurvedic medicinal herb. it can be used as an appitizer before meals and can be consumed post meal as it favours digestion.

Makes 1 serving
1/4 cup green fennel
2 tbsp chopped paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp pomegranate (anar)
1 tbsp finely chopped basil
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
1 tsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 tbsp jujubes

- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Serve immediately garnished with toasted almonds.
