Ginger Ice Tea recipe - How to make Ginger Ice Tea

Ingredients

1 tsp tea powder
1 tbsp grated ginger (adrak)
10 tbsp sugar
sliced lemon for garnishing

Method
    Method
  1. Boil one glass of water with grated ginger in a deep pan for 5 minutes.
  2. Add tea powder, mix well and simmer for 10 seconds.
  3. Remove from the flame and strain the mixture.
  4. Add sugar and mix well till the sugar is dissolved. Keep aside to cool.
  5. Add 4 glasses chilled water and pour into tall glasses half-filled with ice.
  6. Stick a lemon slice on the rim and serve with straws.
