Makes 2 glasses
2 cups bottle guard , cut into small pieces
3 tsp grated ginger (adrak)
1 cup fresh coriander (dhania) leaves
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves (phudina)
black salt (sanchal) and black peppercorns (kalimirch) to taste
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder

- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer using little water till smooth.
- Strain and serve.
