Green Sauce ( Jain Recipe)
by Tarla Dalal
Green sauce with an interesting twist, this version features healthy ingredients such as liver-friendly bottle gourd, vitamin-rich capsicum, and immunity boosting green chillies. The ingredients are also well-balanced in terms of flavour; the sauce is spicy yet tolerable as the bottle gourd moderates fiery chillies. Make sure you use green capsicums as they contribute not just to colour but also flavour and aroma. This sauce can be served with snacks, or used in preparing other dishes.
