Makes 1 cup
1 cup green peas puree
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp cream
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp grated garlic (lehsun)
To Garnish
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
