Ingredients


1/2 cup cooked green peas puree
1/4 cup cooked and diced potatoes
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/4 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tbsp ready-made tomato puree
1 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp punjabi chole masala
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste

For The Garnish
1 tsp chopped coriander (dhania)

Method
    Main procedure
  1. Combine the oil, green peas purée, green chillies and ginger in a microwave-proof bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the tomato purée, tomatoes, punjabi chole masala,chilli powder, potatoes, salt and ¾ cup of water, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  3. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
