1 1/2 cups cucumber cubes
1/2 cup roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tbsp freshly grated coconut
1/2 tsp sugar , optional
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
rock salt (sendha namak) to taste

We put our raw peanuts in a plastic container and store them in the fridge.

We will be using these raw peanuts to roast.

Heat a non stick pan and add the raw peanuts.

Roast the raw peanuts on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring with a spatula.
