Makes 2 servings
100 gms poppy seeds (khus-khus)
2 onions , chopped
2 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
oil for cooking
salt to taste
Method
- Method
- Blend the khus khus in a mixer using little water till smooth.
- Keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions, green chilli and ginger paste and saute till the onions turn golden brown.
- Add the prepared khus khus paste, salt and little water, mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
