Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:    Makes 3 cups

Ingredients

2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp tea powder
1 tbsp honey

Method
    Method
  1. Boil 3 cups of water in a deep saucepan.
  2. Add the tea powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Strain the mixture immediately using a strainer and discard the tea powder.
  4. Add the lemon juice and honey and mix well.
  5. Pour equal quantities of the tea into 3 individual cups and serve immediately.

I had a sore throat and this tea came out to be so soothing and refreshing, i felt so good and better... Thank for sharing this recipe...
