I made my first ever Gajar-halwa! And it is AWESOME!!!! Thank you Tarla Dalal. :-)
My 1.5 year old toddler loved it
I change servings to 10 and it change quantity of ingredients but in methods it remain same as yours. Also please elaborate little more in method like how should it look after you sauté in begging and then at last how to look if it’s done or not. Overall I love the recipe because I don’t have to stir for long time while it’s cooks in cooker. Easy recipe. Thank you
That doesn''t look like 1tsp ghee!
Is there a way to make this recipe in an instapot? If so, which setting should be used and for how long?
How much is one serving of halwa ?
The ghee measurement is not mentioned in the recipe. Pls procide that.
It taste very well and has nutritional value, very nice and i loved it.
Tastes similar to authentic gajar halwa with a slight sweet taste of dates... But it''s a great option to add sweetness to sweets using dates instead of refined sugar. I will follow only this recipe henceforth.
