Makes 4 serving
2 cups chopped mangoes
300 ml mango juice
1 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 2 tbsp water
2 tsp lemon juice
1 scoop vanilla ice-cream
Method
- Method
- Take a sauce pan and heat the mango juice and bring it to boi.
- Add the lemon juice and dissolved cornflour and boil it till the sauce becomes thick.
- Keep aside to cool.
- Pour 2 tsp mango sauce, ice-cream followed by some sauce and then some mangoes.
- Serve chilled.
