Mango Pudding recipe - How to make Mango Pudding

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:    Makes 4 serving

Ingredients

2 cups chopped mangoes
300 ml mango juice
1 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 2 tbsp water
2 tsp lemon juice
1 scoop vanilla ice-cream

Method
    Method
  1. Take a sauce pan and heat the mango juice and bring it to boi.
  2. Add the lemon juice and dissolved cornflour and boil it till the sauce becomes thick.
  3. Keep aside to cool.
  4. Pour 2 tsp mango sauce, ice-cream followed by some sauce and then some mangoes.
  5. Serve chilled.
