Masala Toast recipe - How to make Masala Toast

Ingredients

5 bread slices
3 eggs , beaten
5 onions , chopped
3 green chillies , chopped
1 tsp aniseeds
1 tomato , chopped
salt to taste
1 tsp garam masala
oil for toasting

Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the bread and egg and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Add the paste to the beaten egg and mix well.
  3. Heat the tava, dip the bread in the egg masala and toast on a tava using oil till cooked from both the sides.
  4. Serve hot.
