Ingredients


To Be Mixed Into A Batter
1 cup cornflour
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
1 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp soda bi-carb
1/2 cup cold milk
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
4 slices of bread
oil for deep-frying

For Serving
tomato ketchup

Method
    Method
  1. Dip a bread slice in the prepared batter and deep-fry in hot oil till golden brown in colour from both the sides.
  2. Repeat step 1 to make 3 more toast.
  3. Drain on absorbent paper, cut them into 2 vertically and serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
