Makes 4 servings
3/4 cup grated sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
2 tbsp ghee
For The Garnish
1 tbsp almond (badam) slivers
- Method
- Combine the ghee and grated corn in a microwave safe deep bowl, mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Add the milk, mix well and microwave on high for 4 minutes, stirring once in between.
- Add the sugar, mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Add the cardamom powder, mix well and serve garnished with almonds slivers.
