When kids asked for a namkeen, there was none in the house. I had a packet of murmura. So i made a light namkeen to nibble on with so little ingredients. It is good for diabetic patients too.

Makes 1 to 2 servings
2 tbsp puffed rice (kurmura)
1/4 tsp ghee
a pinch of salt
a pinch of turmeric
Method
- Method
- Fill a microwave safe bowl with murmura.
- Add a a pinch of salt and turmeric.
- Add a dot of ghee , mix well and microwave on HIGH for a minute.
- Mix well and serve hot.
