Instead of fresh mint one can substitute with dried mint and then soaking in water for 1 min.then finally draining the water with the help of kitchen towel.

Ingredients


2 medium sized potatoes (cut in round)
1 bunch fresh mint leaves (phudina)
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp pepper
1/2 tbsp chaat masala
oil for frying

Method

  1. Wash,peel and cut potatoes in small round.
  2. Heat oil in a karhai(wok) and fry potaoes.
  3. As you are about to bring out the potaoes put mint leaves in oil.
  4. Then quickly bring out potatoes and mint from the oil.(careful not to burn the mint).
  5. Sprinkle salt,pepper and chat masala.
