  1. Pressure cook toor dal, methi, channa dal and green gram dal with haldi powder and keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a kadai add jeera and the spices
  3. Add ginger garlic paste
  4. Add the vegetables and saute it for 5 mts
  5. Add salt,sugar,green chillies and little water tillthey are finely cooked
  6. Add the cooked dal and allow it to boil for 10 mts
  7. Garnish with corriander
