Ingredients


1 cup chopped mixed vegetables (potatoes , cauliflower , peas , carrots)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
a pinch of turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste

To Be Ground Into A Paste
1/4 cup fresh grated coconut
1/2 cup roughly chopped onions
1 tsp chopped green chillies
12 of ginger (adrak)
5 small garlic (lehsun) cloves

Method
    Main procedure
  1. Combine the oil and prepared paste and microwave on high for 1 ½ minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
  2. Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, garam masala, mixed vegetables, salt, ¼ cup of water and microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring once after 1½ minutes.
  3. Serve immediately.
