Mugh Dal recipe - How to make Mugh Dal
Preparation Time: 20 Minutes Cooking Time: 25 Minutes Total Time:
250 gms moong dal (split green gram)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
4 red chillies
salt to taste
sugar to taste
1/2 tsp ghee
Method
- Heat up the kadai little.
- Pour ghee.
- Pour mugh dal.
- Stir well till it becomes light brown, pour 2 cups of water
- Stir well.add salt and sugar to taste.
- Stirr well. add red chilli when the dal will start concentrating.
- Stirr well. close the oven.
- Cover the utensil with a large plate.
- Serve hot.
