  1. Heat up the kadai little.
  2. Pour ghee.
  3. Pour mugh dal.
  4. Stir well till it becomes light brown, pour 2 cups of water
  5. Stir well.add salt and sugar to taste.
  6. Stirr well. add red chilli when the dal will start concentrating.
  7. Stirr well. close the oven.
  8. Cover the utensil with a large plate.
  9. Serve hot.
