Makes 2 servings
2 cups boiled and peeled sweet potato (shakarkand) cubes
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp[ black salt (sanchal)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp lemon juice
salt for sprinkling
- Method
- Place 1 cup of the sweet potato cubes in a serving plate, top it with ¼ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp black salt, ¼ tsp cumin seeds powder, ½ tsp lemon juice and little salt evenly over it.
- Repeat step 1 to make 1 more serving.
- Serve immediately.
