3 cups peeled and grated sweet potato (shakarkand)
1 cup peeled and grated potatoes
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
5 curry leaves (kadi patta)(optional)
1 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania) , optional
1/4 cup roasted and coarsely crushed peanuts
1 tbsp sugar
salt to taste
