Makes 6 servings
1 cup blanched quartered mushrooms (khumbh)
1 cup blanched broccoli florets
1 cup lettuce , torn into pieces
1 cup capsicum cubes (green , red and yellow)
1/4 cup chopped spring onions whites
1 cup blanched baby corn cubes
To Be Mixed Into A Vinaigrette Dressing
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1/4 cup fresh cream
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

- Method
- Combine all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl and mix well.
- Just before serving , pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
- Serve immediately.

Thanks for the recipe. Tried it and it came out very well. A tasty and healthy salad for kids.
I love mushrooms.. using them in a salad with a creamy dressing gave it a very nice taste. Its a no fuss salad..Can have just this salad for dinner and enjoy!!
