Ingredients

2 cups mushrooms (khumbh) , cut into quarters
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp cornflour
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley

Method
    Method
  1. Combine the cornflour and ½ cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
  2. Heat a broad non-stick pan, add the butter and olive oil, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  3. Add the mushrooms and sauté on high for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the lemon juice, cornflour-water mixture, salt and black pepper powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  5. Switch off the flame, add the parsley and mix well.
  6. Serve immediately.

I looveeeee mushrooms.. This is something soo different. Lemon sauce is something unusual. I made this and it had a very good tang of lemons.
