You could add 2 teaspoonfuls of honey and crushed cardamon seeds while blending. you could use greenish melon also which gives a green colour to the drink. store in refrigerator till served. this drink should be consumed the same day.

1 medium sized ripe muskmelon (kharbooja)
1 lemon, cut into half
2 to 4 tsp sugar (depending on the sweetness of the fruit)
1 glass of water
a pinch of salt
crushed ice (optional)
Method
- Remove the skin of melon. cut in to pieces
- Remove the seeds.
- Retain few pieces for garnish.
- Blend the melon pieces along with sugar,water, pinch of salt and crushed ice in juicer or liquidiser. s
- Queeze in lemon and if necessary add sugar and more water. blend again. pour into glasses to serve. garnish with melon pieces and serve.
