Palak Missi Roti recipe - How to make Palak Missi Roti

Makes 5 rotis
200 gms plain flour (maida)
200 gms besan (bengal gram flour)
100 gms chopped spinach (palak)
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
4 spring onions , chopped
1 tbsp pomogranate seeds (anardana)
4 green chillies
salt to taste
oil for cooking
Method
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using enough water.
- Divide the dough into 5 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 6" diameter, using the flour for rolling.
- Apply little ghee and roll again into circle of 6" diameter.
- Heat a tava and cook each roti, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
- Serve hot.
