Palak Missi Roti recipe - How to make Palak Missi Roti

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using enough water.
  2. Divide the dough into 5 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 6" diameter, using the flour for rolling.
  3. Apply little ghee and roll again into circle of 6" diameter.
  4. Heat a tava and cook each roti, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  5. Serve hot.
