  1. Soak rice in water for 2 hrs. boil palak in water.
  2. Grind onion garlic chilly ginger into paste.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan add the paste then palak and then rice addmilk, curd.
  4. After some time remove it from gas. decorate it with freash cream.
