Makes 6 tikkis.
1 cup grated low fat paneer (cottage cheese)
4 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tbsp cornflour
salt to taste
Other ingredients
2 tsp oil for cooking
For serving
1 tsp chaat masala
Method
- Main Procedure
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. divide this mixture into 6 equal portions.
- Shape each portion into a round and flatten slightly to make tikkis. set aside.
- Using a little oil, cook the tikkis on a non-stick pan till both sides are golden brown.
- Serve hot sprinkled with chaat masala.
