Makes 4 rolls
To Be Mixed Into A Stuffing
3/4 cup chopped paneer (cottage cheese)
6 tbsp chopped coloured capsicum
5 tbsp chopped onions
5 tbsp schezwan sauce
5 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
salt to taste
Other Ingredients
4 hot dog rolls
1/4 cup melted butter
8 tbsp grated processed cheese
For Serving
tomato ketchup
- Method
- To make {span class="bold1"}paneer schezuan bread roll{/span}, divide the stuffing into 4 equal portions. Keep aside.
- Take a hot dog roll, make a rectangular cut in the centre using a sharp knife.
- Remove the excess bread and make a depression.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 to cut 3 more rolls.
- Place 1 cut roll on a clean, dry surface. Apply little melted butter in the depression and also on the sides.
- Stuff with a portion of the stuffing.
- Finally sprinkle 2 tbsp grated cheese evenly over it.
- Repeat steps 5 to 7 to make 3 more stuffed rolls.
- Place them on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 6 to 8 minutes.
